The apartment is just down the road from Eastgardens Westfield and southpoint shopping centre.
Also a 10 min drive from maroubra and Malabar beach, and 15 from Coogee.
The apartment itself is very spacious and cozy filled with sunlight. It’s carpeted throughout with new carpet, has a balcony, and has a whole separate laundry room which is shown in the pictures.
Out the back of the building there are multiple clothes lines on a big patch of grass where you can also take your pets if you have them to stretch their legs!
