Hi there 👋 I am looking for a new flatmate for my flat in Matraville from mid Jan until the end of July :)
The flat itself is modern, clean and very nice! The room gets a lot of natural light and is spacious easily fitting a double bed. There is also a large built in wardrobe for plenty of storage. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the flat is fully furnished with a couch, projector, dining table, kitchen amenities, dishwasher and laundry machine!
🏬 2 minutes from Woolworths and cafes.
🌊 10 minutes from Maroubra Beach and Westfield Eastgardens (shopping centre).
🚌 Easy access to City and UNSW by 392X and 392.
You will just be sharing the flat with me. I’m a 24 year old female working full time :) I live a busy life as I have hectic shift times but I’m very friendly and always down for a chat, movie night or glass of wine!

Hi, I’m a 24 year old female working full time looking for a new flatmate in Matraville :)) Your room has a built in wardrobe and will be unfurnished. Rest of the flat is furnished and bathroom is shared. The place is a 2 minute walk from Woolworths and a 10 minute drive to the beach. It’s close by to transport to get to UNSW, Eastgardens and City. I’m looking for someone clean and respectful. I’m pretty busy but always down for a chat or a glass of wine. The place is available asap until the end of July.
