Hi there,
It's located in a prime spot, 4-min. walk to McMahons Point wharf, and 12-min. walk to North Sydney Station. There's a community garden, which has 2 swimming pools, and a view to Harbour Bridge & magnificent Opera House! So, it's the whole package, you probably would feel how I feel, Blessed!
It's on a quiet street.
The room has a view to North Sydney CBD, and the balcony has a view to Lavender Bay & Luna Park. I am a friendly person who would enjoy a cup of tea and a meal together, occasionally. Bills & WiFi included.
Please note: Short term stay is welcome, for travelers! However, the rate would be Different. We can discuss that in person, or by exchanging texts. I can be flexible with the dates.

Hello there,
I am a mature, single lady with a young heart. I am experienced in hosting international students as I was one of them years ago.
I work part-time in a Higher Education Institute, and as well as doing a part-time study at the moment.
I am pretty disciplined, non-smoker, hardly have alcohol, and exercise everyday.
My expectations for an ideal flatmate would be having a stable income, paying rent on time, having a routine which are compatible with mine. There would be no age barrier, no sexual orientation, as well as discrimination from me.
Please note, short term (under 4 weeks) stay is available, however, the rate will be higher, depending on the length of the stay, negotiation upon request.
