A bit about myself, I'm a nurse working at the hospital and volunteer in my spare time. I live downstairs and upstairs are all women. The current women living upstairs include 2 nurses and an accountant, who all work full time. I have shared house with both men and women in the past and have found less issues with women, hence why it is women only.

Sorry no smoking/vaping in the house, pets, couples, overnight guests or parties allowed.
As for house rules, please clean up after yourself and be respectful/considerate of others including noise levels at night when others are sleeping.

The room is approx 4.2m x 4m and has its own unique lock and key. Large window, lots of light, high ceiling, timber flooring and TV antenna outlet. Room is furnished with a bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, table and chair. Rent is $270 per week (after promo period) which includes electricity, water and internet (all within reasonable limits). Electricity has a cap of $20 a month, summer monthly bills are generally $0 due to solar and battery and winter months are around $60. Tenants will equally share the bill greater than $20 eg a $50 bill would mean $30 is shared between tenants. If there are 3 tenants then each tenant would pay $10 for that bill). Internet/wifi is NBN 500/50mbps and bond is $540.

Parking is street parking (once Port Hacking Road becomes a 3 lane road, unlimited parking is available on the left hand lane.) Large upstairs kitchen with fridge and a second kitchenette downstairs, plenty of pantry storage. Large laundry room with washing machine and plenty of hanging space on outside clothes line. Lounge room includes sofa and large screen TV. Two bathrooms, one upstairs and another downstairs.

15 minutes walking distance from Sutherland and Kareena Hospital and 10 minutes walking distance from Westfield Miranda and Miranda Station. Convenience store is 1 minute walking distance away, bus stops in either direction (Hurstville or Sutherland) also 1 minute walking distance away, Cronulla beach is only 20 minutes away by bus.
