We are seeking a clean female housemate who is easy going.
Available from April 1st 2025.
Sunny, open house with lots of chill spaces, great housemates, nature and good vibes.
Just a 8 minute walk to St Leonards train station and only a 15 minute bus trip to the city, chatswood and Macquarie uni.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two fridges & freezers, plus unlimited WIFI!
We have a massive backyard & are starting a veggie patch. Plus we are also close to some beautiful parks, nature reserves and bushwalks.
Great housemates and house vibe. We are all easy going, clean, respectful and friendly.
We have two toilets and a washing machine. There's lots of on street parking and we are stones throw away from plenty of shops, restraunts and cafes.
A lovely small friendly dog lives here, so being comfortable and friendly around dogs is a must.

We are a group of easy going and friendly females looking for a new housemate to become part of the family!
We all work during the week but love meeting up in our off time for some wholesome activities.
We enjoy being outdoors, going for bush walks, and cooking at home. We like to keep the house tidy and are respectful of each other's spaces.
We also have a small 3 year old doggo who is super friendly and loving. If you are a animal lover that is a big plus!
