Room Available 4 June 2019. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Naremburn which is situated between St Leonard’s, Crows Nest and Cammeray. It’s also close to Nth Sydney (7minute drive). There is 1 room for rent - however you have the choice of a queen size room with en-suite for $400 or a queen size room (currently has 2 king single beds and desk) for $350 per week. If you have your own bedroom furniture that is not a problem. Rent also includes utilities and unlimited internet. The house has timber floor boards, is very clean, sunny, bright, and fully furnished with outdoor area/bbq and garden.
