The double-layered glass windows help keep the place reasonably quiet. The kitchen and the living room are furnished (dishwasher, oven, gas kitchen, microwave, washing machine, dryer, couch, TV and a few plants). You only need to bring stuff for your bedroom. Or I can provide you with a bed if you prefer. You are welcome to bring in your small items if you want, (decorative, chairs and stuff); although, there is not much room for larger items like a couch. There is a large TV with Netflix in the living room. There is also a gym and a pool with a hot tub in the building. I'm looking for an easy going person. I love my place and want someone who would care for it as their own. It's not a party house, although I like to have friends over for lunch/dinner/wine at times. You can play the host too if and when you want. The rent is 400 per week all inclusive (Rent/Electricity/Gas/Netflix (or Amazon prime)/Internet - NBN) paid two weeks in advance and the security deposit is again two weeks rent. We're on one of the nicest streets in Crows Nest. A leafy little haven, close to everything. A few minutes walk to the cafes and restaurants of Willoughby Rd. Four choices of supermarket. A minute's walk to buses direct to the city, Manly and Chatswood. One of the most beautiful parks in North Sydney is right nearby. The house is well appointed. Your bedroom will be on the ground floor. It has a window onto the front porch, and features quite a large storage closet (under stairs). It is an old house, having been renovated numerous times. But it's comfortable and spacious. And has a nice little private garden out the back, with a veggie patch. We have two bathrooms, so you will only be sharing with one other person. There is plenty of parking available on our street, but it is limited to 2 hours. And we're unfortunately maxed out for parking permits I'm afraid.
