**A tidy common room close to the city** I am looking for someone to take over my room on Dec 20th. You will share the flat with two female professionals both are out in the daytime. You will have sole use of the Bathroom. But as it is the main Bathroom, when guests are over, they may use the bathroom. I am 100% reasonable when that event occurs. The Room is not available for a couple, But I am not adverse to partners staying over 2-3 times a week. All Bills Included, (including cleaner and unlimited internet) Netflix is available on the TV only. May get Foxtel play, come Thrones season. This apartment is in a great location close to Crows Nest and walking distance to Wollstonecraft and St Leonards Station. It's an older style apartment on the ground floor with plenty of space that connects to a terrace. Includes Internal Laundry. The room is for one person only - not a couple. Although we have Foxtel at the moment this is going to be disconnected. So the only additional extras would be internet and electricity which would work out at about $15 extra a week.
