The double layered glass windows help keep the place reasonably quiet. The kitchen and the living room are furnished (dishwasher, oven, gas kitchen, microwave, washing machine, couch, TV). You only need to bring stuff for your bedroom. You are welcome to bring in your small items if you want, (decorative, chairs and stuff) although, there is not much room for larger items like couch. There is a large TV with Netflix in the living room that I occasionally use which you are free to enjoy. There is also a gym and a pool with a hot tub in the building (although, I think the pool is not big enough for laps) I'm looking for an easy going person. I love my place and want someone who would care for it as their own. Its not a party house, although I like to have friends over for lunch/dinner/wine at times. You can play the host too if and when you want. He is very into health and fitness, particularly cooking and pumping weights at the gym. Hayden also loves netflix shows and movies, particularly 80's movies featuring Patrick Swayze. The best way to describe Hayden is as a human labrador who is a bit of a tinder fiend and falls in love every second week. Hayden has also currently quite drinking until the 1st of April and has become a bit of a boring old bitty. Don't be a Hayden, you must be a drinker to move into this house. Being a social flatmate (guy or girl) is a must. We have very different schedules and do not regularly get to socialise together, but when we do, we expect our flatmate to be able to throw back a few beers and enjoy a night out. As we are stumbling distance to the Greens, Crows Nest Hotel, North Sydney Leagues Club and the Oaks there are no excuses not to! As long as you pay your bills on time we are unlikely to have any problems - we are very laid back. That being said we would like a clean and respectful flatmate who is housetrained as is willing to pitch in with their share of the housework when required. We basically just want a chilled out flatmate who can pay rent on time, who is up for the occasional night out and doesn't have a problem with Hayden bringing back the odd bird or Jeremy having his girlfriend over a couple of times a week. P.S (bring back whomever you seem fit, this is a no judgement household.) Our only house rules are to keep the place relatively clean, check with us regarding work schedules before organising a party and the same boyfriend/girlfriend/partner etc should not stay over more than 3 nights a week. Hayden and I are big Seinfeld fans and we have a very large poster of George Costanza in his tighty whities posing for a photo from the episode "The Package/The Fatigues" now over the couches in the living. To people who do not know the episode this might be a little odd, perhaps watch it before visiting the place, you will understand the humour in it afterwards.
