Hey there, I've got a beautiful house by the beach in Narrabeen that I'm looking to fill.
The house is modern and extremely beautiful, in a really leafy spot on Lagoon Street.
The room that I'm looking to fill is a downstairs studio. It's mostly self-contained but does have limited access to the rest of the house. Being downstairs it stays nice and cool in summer.
I'm looking for a flatmate who is most importantly tidy, but also easy going and a pleasure to be around.
The studio is unfurnished but if this is a deal-breaker I'm open to furnishing for an extra rate.
