About the property
Hey! We’re looking for a new roommate to take over a spare room and transfer the lease from our previous housemate.
The room is spacious and includes access to a shared balcony with one other roommate. The apartment itself is large, with a generous kitchen, living area, balcony, and shared bathroom.
We’re all uni students in our early 20s studying a range of degrees and working part-time, and we’re ideally looking for another student to join us. During the week, we’re fairly busy and value a clean, quiet living environment, but we also enjoy hanging out together when we’re free.
The flat is slightly outside the CBD, but conveniently located just 50 m from Narwee Station, with a commute of around 25 minutes to Central.
We’re flexible with move-in dates, though we’re ideally looking for someone seeking a longer-term arrangement, as the lease would require co-signing.
