About the property
We have a room becoming available in our Newport home, as our housemate is sadly moving. The room has high ceilings, garden views. It also includes freestanding wardrobes, & you’ll be sharing a bathroom with two others.
We’re looking for a like-minded person to join our friendly household & enjoy the serene, relaxed vibe we’ve created on the hill. The home overlooks Bayview dog park, & the backyard is lit with fairy lights, featuring a covered deck with a pergola, outdoor TV, sauna, & firepit - perfect for winding down. Inside, a fireplace in the lounge keeps the whole house toasty in winter.
We’re in our mid-late 20s to early 30s, social & easygoing. We enjoy casual dinners, drinks by the fire, & the occasional house hang, but the house is big enough to find your own quiet space when needed.
We also have two friendly dogs who love cuddles, so being dog-friendly is a must!
Rent includes all bills except electricity.

About the flatmates
Marko & Sam (a couple in their early 30s) live downstairs, while Felix & Liv (mid-late-20s) are upstairs & share the bathroom with the available room. We’re all busy professionals who enjoy winding down at home when we’re not out & about. The vibe is friendly, social, & easygoing - we love a good chat or weekend hang, but also respect each other’s space & routines.
