Our house is 100m from Avalon beach, Avalon main shops and the main bus stop, making it really convenient. The house is a 3 bedroom house and we are looking to rent out one of the spare rooms. Which means we will still have a spare room for guests if needed. The bedroom available is a generously sized queen bedroom - can fit bed, desk and wardrobe comfortably (furnished or unfurnished). You will also have your own newly renovated bathroom. The bedroom is at the back of the house so is really quiet and private from the rest of the house. The rest of the house is open plan and warm in the winter with gas heating. We have a new gas kitchen with smeg appliances, dishwasher and walk in pantry. The kitchen leads onto a rear deck area with an outdoor kitchen (BBQ oven, BBQ and fridge). We spend a lot of time out here in the summer :-) The backyard is huge with loads of native plants. We often keep a veggie patch. Depending on the season you will find lemons, limes, tomatoes, mulberries, beans, asparagus, native guava, kale, herbs and plenty more. Ontop of that we also have laying hens so there is plenty to go around! We have basic Foxtel, Netflix and unlimited wifi. There is an internal laundry with washer, dryer and plenty of storage. We also have a shed and garage for additional storage of surfboard etc. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars ( we currently have 2 cars) plus loads of parking across the street at Avalon Golf Course.
