The apartment is in a super convenient and peaceful spot. It’s about a two-minute walk to the bus stop where 379 goes to Bondi Junction, and around seven minutes to the beach, with all the famous Eastern Beaches close by. There are plenty of cafés just around the corner, including Blackwood, Shuk, and a local bakery on Glenayr with the best Sourdough, plus the Beach Road Hotel nearby if you feel like going out. There’s also a small supermarket right around the corner, so everything you need is within easy walking distance.

We’ve got a bed opening up in a shared room in a relaxed, international apartment in a house full of friendly, easygoing people in their 20s. You’d be sharing with a lovely German girl who works as a bartender, so she’s usually on night shifts and the room is quiet in the evenings.
The flat is home to a mix of French, Swedish, and German housemates. Everyone is super nice, respectful, and easy to live with. Most of us work full-time, so the place isn’t a party house. People tend to keep to their own routines during the week, but there’s still a warm, friendly vibe. Kitchen chats, the occasional shared meal, and small friendships naturally happen when schedules line up.
We’re looking for someone in a similar stage of life—working or studying, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces and different schedules. If you like a calm, friendly home with international housemates who are kind but independent, you’ll fit right in.
