We are seeking young working people to make up a new flatmate household in Northbridge, a convenient and quiet lower North Shore suburb close to North Sydney (North Sydney, along Miller St to Cammeray, then Northbridge is just beyond Cammeray), the house is a 1 minute level walk from good bus transport (10 mins) to the Metro Victoria Cross Station, on Miller St N Syd.
We are looking for people who value a peaceful and well kept home, who are busy with work, and also like to enjoy days off seeing sights/ going on walks / finding great cafes/ eating well at home also, a healthy lifestyle and balance. No big party people please. Refs required, separate rental agreements for each bedroom, 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks rent in advance payable.
The house has 4 bedrooms available/ 3 bathrooms, with beds if needed or beds can be taken out, furnished house, lovely park outlook from lounges and close to Northbridge Junction for city buses and shops etc.

Two of the bedrooms ($480/w, /$450/w) share a bathroom. One upstairs bedroom ($550/w) has its own en suite. The fourth bedroom ($550/w) is downstairs, with a small lounge adjacent and a downstairs bathroom.
