About the property
My partner and I are looking to sublet our spare bedroom. You’ll share the house with us and common areas. It has a comfortable, cosy feel and is split over 2 levels (upstairs and downstairs) which is located in a secure, modern complex with underground parking (to be discussed) that includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a rooftop-style balcony upstairs with our own private setup - table, chairs and artificial grass. Open kitchenette and plenty of storage. As we haven’t had a housemate here before, finding someone who fits well with us and appreciates the apartment is really important.
The location is a huge plus — Northbridge transport is directly across the road, with plenty of cafes nearby, Pilates, a gym and a local plaza with Woolworths, chemists, post office and more all within easy walking distance.
We’re happy to take our time to find a trustworthy, responsible person. The room is available from February for 6–9 months.

My partner and I are really friendly, hardworking, tidy and a laid-back couple who have lived in the apartment for almost a year, so everything is still new, fresh and well looked after.
