I’m looking for a new roommate for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Pymble, about a 5-minute walk to the station.

The available room is the master bedroom with private ensuite. It has plenty of built-in wardrobe space, ducted air-conditioning/heating.

Bond: $1600
Rent: $400 per week (bills not included)
Move-in: After 16th February
Parking: One designated car space that we can share + lots of street parking nearby
Room will be unfurnished

I really value a clean, tidy, calm and respectful home. I mostly keep to myself after work but enjoy good chats or the occasional hangout when we’re both feeling social. Overall, I’m just looking for a normal, kind, considerate person to live with.

Ideally you are:
-Female, mid-20s to mid-30s
-Working full-time
-Experienced living in shared spaces
-Good communicator and emotionally mature
-Clean, tidy, and respect the common spaces
-Looking for a long-term arrangement (ideally joining the lease, which runs until Feb 2027)

I have a small 6kg Moodle, Benny (5 years old). He’s very sweet, well-trained, non-shedding, and well looked after. You won’t be responsible for him, but you do need to like dogs.
