Yet, I believe owning a car is not a necessary if you live in Pyrmont since everywhere is in walking distance and bus/light rail is just nearby. GoGet shared car is available downstair too.
This is not a party home but if you are looking for somewhere to call a cozy home and to really relax in the environment you are living in, this is a must to come and view.
