About the property
The apartment is fully furnished and well maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxed place to live. The private double room comes with its own bathroom, so you’ll have your own space and privacy.
The room is available from 9 March to 29 April, and dates are slightly flexible (a few days or even a week either side can be discussed). I’m ideally looking for someone who can stay for most or all of the 6-week period.
I’ll be travelling overseas during this time and will be leaving the room ready for someone to move straight in. Everything you need is provided, including bed linen, towels, kitchen essentials, and a large wardrobe (I’ll only be using a small section to store one suitcase).
All bills are included, so there’s no need to worry about extra costs — just a simple, stress-free setup.
The building also has great shared facilities included in the rent, such as a swimming pool, sauna, and a small gym, which are perfect for relaxing or keeping active.
This place would suit a student or professional looking for a short-term, comfortable, and quiet stay in a friendly apartment.

About the flatmates
Hi! I’ll be travelling overseas for around 6 weeks, so I’m renting out my own room while I’m away. The room will be fully available to you during this period, and I’ll return after the agreed dates.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with a friendly Colombian couple, who are the main tenants. They have their own ensuite bedroom, so the second bathroom will be exclusively yours.
They’re very easy-going and respectful. During the week they mostly work, study, go to the gym, and keep a relaxed routine. From time to time they might invite friends over, but always before 10pm, as we’re mindful of noise and the building rules. And they will always let you know in advance.
They enjoy Latin and electronic music, love being outdoors, and often go hiking or camping on weekends — so you may have the apartment mostly to yourself some days.
Just to be transparent: my flatmates occasionally smoke marijuana outside on the balcony only. I don’t smoke myself and don't like the smell, we’re mindful to keep the apartment well-ventilated.
We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and comfortable in a calm, friendly household.
