- Room is on the smaller side, fits the old terrace aesthetic, but comes with a built in wardrobe, easily fits a double a bed (which can be left behind if you need one- no charge)
- Floorboards and good lighting, with a window!
About the area and house-
- Close to public transport (2 minute walk to bus stops and 8 minute walk to L1) restaurants, cafes, darling harbour and an easy 25 minute walk into the city or 20 minutes to Broadway shopping centre. Also conveniently close to Woolworths and Cole’s.

- The house is full of old-charm and if you love plants, mid-century modern furniture and art, you’ll enjoy the vibe.
- Is a two-story house, so not the best with accessibility.
- Electricity has been roughly $300 per quarter, water at $60 per quarter and internet is $44.50 a month (which will be split equally)
- Current lease ends mid October (possibility to extend)
- Sadly the dog in the photo doesn’t live with us currently.
