The apartment is fabulous! I absolutely love it. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The available room has it's own en-suite bathroom and a huge built in closet. The common space is very sunny. There is street parking. The neighbors are lovely and the building is very quiet. It's located 5min from both Freshwater and Queenscliff beach.

About the flatmates
I'm Jax, I'm 33, work in finance but WFH a few days a week. I'm from Switzerland and moved to Australia to surf my little heart out 3 years ago. Currently waiting on my PR! I'm very often out and about running, surfing, swimming... But I do love the occasional movie night. I consider my home a little piece of peace. I go to bed at 9pm and wake up at 5.30am so I'm looking for someone that would respect that schedule in terms of noise. I am also very clean and tidy. The room is available because my current flatmate unfortunately became ill and has to go back to the UK. I'm looking for someone to take his part of the lease over. The lease ends mid September and I would like to stay for at least another year because I love this place so much.
