The house is well situated and is a 7 minute walk to either Freshwater village or Beach or Queenscliff Beach so good for sunny days. Also a short stroll to the very nice Freshwater and the cafes and shops. Close to the bus into the city and Manly a 30 minute walk too. Medium sized second bedroom with great built in wardrobes. One bathroom with separate toilet. Great outdoor deck. Foxtel is installed and Netflix etc.
