We are looking for one or two people to take over this private room in our flat in Redfern/ Surry Hills. This newly renovated apartment has two floors, an outdoor swimming pool (25m)🏊🏼‍♀️ a free gym🏋️‍♂️ and access to a lot of conveniences just outside of the doorstep.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a big living room with a Nintendo Switch (yes, with Mario Kart), two balconies, and a barbeque. We also have a parking spot in the parking garage that's free to use at anytime as neither of us have cars. The room itself is a bright and private room with an ensuite bathroom. There is currently both a double and a single bed in the room, as well as a desk and a spacious closet. The extra bed can be moved into storage if desired.

The apartment is right next to a Coles, as well as a bus stop where three lines cross (320, 304 and 392). The Light rail is only an 8 minute walk from the house (Surry Hills or Moore Park). There’s also a pharmacy, a bottle shop, and several cafés right outside of our doorstep.

Even though the apartment is only 6 minutes away from Central Station (with the 320 bus), it’s a quiet neighborhood, close to multiple parks, and a 5 minute walk to the lively Surry Hills.

Rent is paid once a month for the upcoming month, and we are looking for long term renters minimum 6 months!🌟
