About the property

Spacious double room with balcony in a leafy, quiet Redfern street bordering Surry Hills and Waterloo

Our Boronia Street terrace is next to two fantastic neighbours who mostly keep to themselves and are very respectful. With only a 5-minute walk to the nearest shops (Coles, Harris Farm, Aldi), Bourke Street, lots of cafes, and Crown Street. Plus only 10 minutes from Moore Park, the nearest light rail (Surry Hills) and local gyms, this property is ideal for those who like to get out and about.

With this room, you will be sharing and adding positive energy to the entire home. We have a wonderful open downstairs area with sectioned living, dining and kitchen areas. You will be sharing with one other (me) with one shared bathroom. The house has a good number of plants and a calm flowing energy.

About the flatmates

About me: I am Nathan (36), I work professionally and often have long days growing my local gym, I find my work extremely rewarding giving a lot of energy to others. When I come home it is somewhat of a sanctuary for me. I love playing music around the house while cooking or chilling with a movie or series. I have a record player and welcome someone to add to the shared collection if you’re into that.

I am a fairly relaxed and sociable person, so I welcome meeting new people, parties at the place are pretty rare, but I do love to host a dinner from time to time.

Who are you?: I am open to living with most people as long as you feel aligned with the above. I would like to live with someone who has a pretty independent life and values activities both at home and away-from-home. This place is not ideal for someone working from home full time.

LGBTQIA+ friendly

I am keen to meet you if you feel like this is the home for you.
Nathan 🙏
