About the property
The flat is beautiful, clean and airy. Its a 2bed, 2 bath. You will have your own fully furnished bedroom with your own bathroom (bathtub included!). The room comes furnished with a single bed with storage drawers, a built in wardrobe & a coat rack. Bed linen will also be provided. The room fits a double bed, which can be furnished at your own cost if required.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery & a full pantry as I cook a lot at home. I do own a collection of records and a vinyl player that I'm very protective of :) Unfortunately, the flat is not pet-friendly.
The flat is a 6 min walk from Central & Redfern station and a quick walk to Prince Alfred Park and Moore Park. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment. No car parking space is provided.
The common facilities in the apartment building include a gym, sauna and pool which is free for all to use.

I'm an audio engineer and have lived in Sydney for 7 years. I'm an easygoing and tidy person. Electricity bills are quarterly and will be shared equally amongst us.
I'm looking for someone who is clean & tidy to share this apartment with for a period of 12 months.
The flat is a 6 min walk to Central & Redfern Station. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped , and just needs a flatmate! I'm quite busy as I freelance, so you'll mostly have the house to yourself. But will be nice to have occasional chats too! The house is very tidy and I get a professional cleaner once a month for a deep clean too.
