Amazing, modern room which has its own, private bathroom with a double shower and double sinks. The bedroom also has air conditioning and a fan. The air con does reverse cycle, so keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The room has its own balcony, overlooking the house’s small garden. Glass double doors open out to this - so the room is incredibly light and airy!
The room is unfurnished but has very large built-in wardrobes. I am also open to selling my furniture (queen size bed, mattress, desk and desk chair) if it would be helpful. Please note, this is not the same as the furniture pictured in the image, as the photo is from the house listing 😊
Huge living space with open plan kitchen and living area, and kitchen island! This house is really special and great for hosting friends over / relaxing. The shared spaces are completely furnished and have all cooking utensils etc provided.
The house has a total of 3 bathrooms (one each for the bedrooms upstairs, and the two bedrooms downstairs share the downstairs bathroom).
Working from home is completely welcome - the room has plenty of space for a desk.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with 3 incredibly kind and fun male housemates, all in their mid-late twenties. They work in healthcare, banking and marketing - predominantly in the office. I’ve loved living with them, and I will be very sad to move (I have always planned on making this move closer to the beach).
Looking for someone who is keen to see and treat the place as their home. Very laid back house where everyone truly has their own space. Housemates enjoy hanging out socially and a good chat in the evenings, but the rooms are all very separate, so anyone who prefers their own space can easily have it.
We pay for a cleaner to come every two weeks ($22.50 per person). Outside of this, the kitchen has a dishwasher and everyone cleans up after themselves well.
