Hello I’m subletting my room in our lovely Redfern share house as I unfortunately won’t be seeing out the end of the lease. We’re looking for a girl in mid/late 20s, clean, social and respectful!
Important note on timing: While this sublet can absolutely run until end of lease, there’s a chance this sublet could end earlier — so we’re ideally looking for someone flexible and okay with 2 weeks notice of move out. A good set up for anyone in between places or looking for somewhere temporary.
Rent is $360/week (this includes all bills etc) and the room is fully furnished with lots of inbuilt storage.
You’ll be shousing with 4 lovely girls in their mid 20s (marketing, interior design, construction & med). Everyone’s very easy going, got busy schedules but do love to yap/dine/wine.
