About the property
Clean and recently renovated apartment close to everything. Across the road from Rhodes station, adjacent to Rhodes Central, Rhodes Recreation Centre.
Includes a room, balcony and a bathroom. The shared laundry is located in the bathroom so it is not fully private (shower and toilet is for your use only).
It is a split level apartment. Unit comes with a spacious living area, and the building comes with common pool, gym, spa and bbq amenities. The room comes furnished. The internet is unlimited and included in the rent, with gas, electricity, water bills separate which we will split. There is no parking space, however there is street parking around Rhodes.
Prefer to start with a 3 month lease so we can see if we are compatible as flatmates, longer leases are available. This room is for a single person only and is priced as such. Please reach out for an inspection if you are interested.

About the flatmates
I'm Chinese-Australian and can speak English, Cantonese, plus really poor Mandarin and Japanese.
I'm a tidy, easygoing person who has lived with different flatmates before in Australia and the UK. I work office hours and work from home half the week.
I don't smoke, and have no pets nor children. I'm hoping for a flatmate that is similar in this regard.
