* Fully equipped kitchen, with quality appliances

* Lots of natural light in bedroom, living and kitchen
* Private courtyard with outdoor setting
* Streaming services
* 15 min bus to the Sydney CBD
* 10 min walk to the local shops
* 5 min walk to the bay run
* 10 min drive / 25 min bus to Broadway Shopping centre
* 10 min walk to the local pubs and restaurants
* Only 5 townhouses in the block, so it’s quiet, and there is no road noise
* Second room is taken by my lovely female housemate.
