Our location is the absolute best for Students at UTS or USYD, and anyone with a penchant for evenings out while working in the city. The room comes with an in built clothing rack and plenty of natural light. It will come furnished with a bed and drawers. The house is recently renovated and well-insulated for both temp and sound.
There's a train station right next door, and extra busses to all major Universities as well.
Marrickville Metro is a 10min walk away, with the Marrickville's best attractions just a little bit further on. The entire length of King St and Newtown is within walking distance and makes for a pleasant stroll.

About the flatmates
We're Tasman (28m) and Dex (25m) looking to fill our empty room in the Innerwest with another student cone February. We're both students at UTS that have been juggling the work/study lifestyle here for 3 years now.
I (Tasman) study Cybersecurity and am deeply involved with the performing arts scene in Newtown and beyond.
Dex is my brother, studies Electronics, and is a sweet introvert.
Everyone has fairly independent schedules, but cleaning is done in shifts.
