One room available in 2 bed house, 10 mins walk to Sydenham train and Metro line (super quick trip to the city), close to Syd park, King St and the Marrickville Metro.
The house is cute, nice wood floors and stencilled ceilings, has ducted AC, nice front porch and big rear courtyard.
The room is big with built ins, queen bed, nice window and lovely light through the day.

My cat Stella: older lady, loves a nap and hanging out in the courtyard. Current favourite spot is nesting under my bedside table on/in am old duffle bag.
My dog Ripley: Spitz/husky Cross, super cute super friendly, very chatty teenager, loves her ball. Developing into decent guard dog but naps through the day (good WFH buddy), sleeps in her crate in my room :)
