The flat has 2 bedrooms, looking for someone to take the ensuite after my current housemate has managed the minor miracle of buying in Sydney.
Flat gets lots of natural light in the main areas and bedrooms. Noise is nil despite facing the Princes Hwy thanks to double panelled windows and doors.
I am providing the fridge, lounge, and kitchenware basics. There is a Euro laundry but no washing machine (my current housemate had brought that with him).

About the flatmates
I am a 30-something working professional, born and bred in the inner west of Sydney. I have an almost 10 year old puppy, Luna who I have shared custody of a few times each month. She's very well trained and keeps to designated areas.
I head up a quality and performance function at work and am working very hard at keeping it 8-5. I like wandering around the area, longer hikes, good conversation and dancing.
My previous housemates have either become friends or polite acquaintances, happy with either.
