The apartment is in the heart of Stanmore, the suburb next over from Newtown. It is a two bedroom apartment, with a separate living room and kitchen. The bathroom is shared. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment as-well. There is a shared courtyard out the back with a clothes line. The room has a ceiling fan and there are a set of drawers and a clothing rack. There is no built in wardrobe so will need things for a bit of extra storage for personal items if needed. But there is storage for other living items etc.

It is right next to weekly park and a 2 minute walk away from the main strip of Stanmore.
It is a 5 minute walk to the train station. The train line goes to the city circle, and there is a bus directly out the back of the apartment. The bus goes to the nearest shopping centre, broadway, and the city, however everything you most likely need (groceries, chemist, cafes) is within walking distance. There is also free street parking.
