Looking for someone in their mid-20s to early 40s to share my apartment! It's less than a 10 minute walk from Sutherland station, and has a locked-up double garage (if you have a car).

The living area is air conditioned and open plan with a lounge, dining and kitchen. Kitchen has a dishwasher and a laundry room attached, including washing machine and dryer. It all opens up to a huge sunny balcony that really needs to get more use!

Your bedroom and mine are at opposite ends of a short hallway, with a bathroom in between we'd share, that has a separate shower and bath.

The bedroom itself has a mirrored built in wardrobe that takes up one wall, and also has a glass sliding door out to your own private balcony.

Express trains from Sutherland take only 32 minutes to Central station, and only 15 minutes to the beach at Cronulla.

Sutherland has a series of shops on the other side of the train station, including a Coles, Priceline and a Post Office. Miranda Westfield mall and Kirrawee south village shopping centre are only 5-10 min away by train or car.
