Hi all,
I’m looking to rent out one bedroom in Sylvania for $350 for an individual or $460 for a couple. Room may be available from the 31st of January or mid February.
It’s a 3 bedroom house with a lovely backyard and a bathroom which features a red triangle bathtub and seperate shower. The lounge and kitchen areas will be shared as well as the bathroom. The lounge is fully furnished and kitchen has plenty of utensils and equipment. The bedroom will be furnished or you can bring your own furniture. You will also have access to the washing machine, tv and your own fridge.
The rent does not include electricity and water as that will be split each billing period with all occupants. Couples are also welcome but as stated above rent will still be split by how many people are in the house.

My name is Alyssa and I identify as she/her. I have 3 cats who are super friendly and also an axolotl. My partner also lives with me so we use the two back rooms. I am pretty laid back and tend to spend most of the time out of the house as I’m currently working 2 jobs. When I am home I tend to play video games, watch movies or do some crafts and hobbies. I am not into hosting big parties or anything but more then happy to have a chat or down for a games night as I have plenty of boardgames around.
Hoping to find like minded people who also love cats as my cats do tend to love lots of cuddles from everyone.
