About the property

The apartment is really roomy and has lots of natural light. It also has a massive balcony which is lovely to eat brekkie and dinner on during the warmer months. Because the apartment is roomy, its very easy to find a quiet space when you need.

The bedroom available (the master bedroom) has two walk-in wardrobes so has heaps of storage. The bedroom has its own ensuite which would be just for you.

There is also a spare room/WHF space that we could share. I usually work in the office 3-4 days a week and work from home the others.

The apartment is furnished, but the bedroom that is available isn't. There is also undercover, secure parking.

The apartment building is close to Exhibition Centre lightrail station and a short walk to Central station. Broadway shopping centre is also very close.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is a very basic gym located in the bulding.

About the flatmates

I'm a sociable and easy-going person who loves to cook and catch up with friends around the local area. During the week I keep things pretty low-key, but on weekends I enjoy getting out and abour and having people over for dinner. I really value a tidy and respectful home, especially in shared spaces, and am looking for a flatemate who's similarly considerate.

Ideally, you're someone who does your own thing but is also up for a chat at the end of the day. If you're relaxed, friendly, and enjoy a good meal now and then, I think we'd get along great.
