About the flatmates
Hi Everyone 👋
This unit will be available for rent around mid March (exact date to be defined).
The current rent is 825$ per week and the unit will be shared with my boyfriend and I who will be occupying the 2nd bedroom likely during business days to get to work, then we will spend weekends on our secondary house outside Sydney.
The rent and utility/internet bills will still be equally shared between the 2 bedrooms (little advantage of the extra space and privacy in that sense)
Please note: this rental includes taking over the lease of the unit and utilities which explains the bond amount of 3000$ to be given to the real estate. Same as if you were to rent a house on your own, here you won't have to worry about applying/finding a place and furnish it.
