Hi Everyone 👋
Great opportunity to take over the lease and utilities (internet/electricity) of this 2 bedroom unit available in mid/end march. Both bedrooms have the same size and layout and the house comes already fully furnished with everything.
The current rent is 825$ per week and 3000$ was the deposit to be paid to the agency. Rent and utility bills will be shared equally (50/50) between the 2 bedrooms.
Its the same process as if you were to rent on your own from an agency, without the need to furnish it and find housemates. As this still requires an application, it's ideal to show to the agency past record of a previous rental history (tenant ledger), referrals as well as a proven financial stability.
To ease the costs of the rental, the place will be shared with a couple, both full time professionals working in the digital business industry. Preferably tending to have a quiet time when at home (mostly to rest) and spend most weekends away either camping or in our second home out of town.
If you are also naturally tidy and have no issues in cleaning up after yourself or sharing house-keeping tasks we would love to show you around, we are very inclusive and consider applications from other couples.
