About the flatmates
I’m easy going, clean, and respectful, and I’m looking for a like minded flatmate to share a comfortable, relaxed home. I’m pretty active and go to the gym, enjoy going for runs, and play basketball in my spare time.
During the week I’m usually quite chilled in the evenings, either doing some extra work or unwinding with movies or TV series. I enjoy the occasional night out, but the flat isn’t a party house it’s more about balance and having a good, comfortable living environment.
The flat is conveniently located in Ultimo, in a great central spot. Broadway Shopping Centre is less than a 10 minute walk, Darling Harbour is about 5 minutes away, and it’s around a 10 minute walk into Town Hall / the CBD.
A garage space is available if parking is needed.
