Dear Flatmate,
We are a busy family of 5, 2 parents, 3 young adults, with a spare room available for yourself. Very quiet, good neighbourhood.
One small, friendly dog shares the house with us, but should not be in your room (unless you like dogs!). Many lounge areas to relax in if you want peace! Only shared TVs available.
You would have to share a bathroom, 3 in the house, and kitchen (meal times can be chaotic), your own fridge could be provided in the garage to keep your food separate.
Large garden is all yours too, large pool, gym in garage, 5 roaming chickens.
We are close to stations, both Wahroonga and Warrawee within walking distance and the SAN hospital 15 minutes walk.
Seeking someone working part-time perhaps who might be happy with cheaper rent in return for some pet-sitting occasionally.
