Wahroonga, Sydney

Currently living at the house is (myself) Lewis and Hayley and chucky (Hayley’s four legged ginger cat), we are both young adults living near the Hornsby hospital in Wahroonga. Hayley works at Bunnings, is a homebody at heart, but bubbly, chatty and always there for a chat. Lewis is an electrician and lift mechanic who also enjoys kickboxing and comedy movies.

We would describe ourselves as fun, friendly and respectful people who enjoy living in a semi-social household.

We occasionally will do movie nights, drinks or games nights when we are all free and keen. Otherwise everyone is pretty casual about chats about their day while cooking dinner etc and happy to quietly enjoy their me time in their room after a long day at work or study.

We have a nice spacious shared living room, kitchen and soon to be dining and/or hobby room (after our room mate leaves it will no longer be an office space).
Everything is fully furnished and we are always open to new furniture or rearranging things to accommodate for our new valued housemate.

The bathroom space is shared but we put in extra effort and rules to make sure that the space is clean and there is no stinky or unhygienic environments after business is done :)

We are on a big block of land with a short walk up to the house as there is no driveway so just on street parking.
The house is modest living which is reflected by the great value in rent $250 a week, which is quite cheap for Wahroonga.

There are a few other bills that come as with any other household. We split electricity, water and internet equally.
We are looking for someone who is respectful of shared living spaces and understands common household etiquette and ideally that we get along with well. We also require someone with enough financial stability to uphold rent and basic bill costs as we are always on time payers!
