The Bedroom: is a large & fully-furnished room with built-in wardrobes & furniture. The room includes a wall mounted smart-TV, premium Sleeping Duck mattress (comfy), a study desk and a large window with nice light.
Shared Spaces: The kitchen is brand new with new appliances. The kitchen flows into the living room which is cosy, and spacious with tall cielings; a large 75-inch TV and double recliner lounges.
You will be living with just one other person (myself) in a fairly large 3-bedroom house. So the home will never feel overcrowded or too busy.
Location: the house is ideally located near the popular beaches, including Bronte, Coogee, and Clovelly beach.
Local Amenities: the home is 30 seconds away from local cafe's & restuarants. Woolworths is only a short 5 minute walk from home and public bus transport is just 2 minutes away.
