Willoughby, Sydney

Hello! My name is Emilie and I'm looking for someone to move in to the two bedroom apartment I have been renting in Willoughby!

The apartment is newly renovated and has a very spacious kitchen, living and dining area, and all of the shared spaces are fully furnished. It is conveniently located close to busses into the city (which only take 15 mins) and Chatswood (which is a 10 minute walk). There are also supermarkets, gyms, coffee shops and pilates studios close by. The area itself is very safe and quiet, and is very scenic.

The available room is not furnished but has a free standing wardrobe, is large enough to fit a queen bed and has a large window overlooking the apartment complex's shared pool.

I work as a lawyer in the city, and normally only work from home one day a week. I have a desk set up in my room (but there is also a desk in the living room in case you want to work from there). During the week, I'm quite busy and am not often home until late. I tend to keep to myself throughout the week, but still enjoy cooking, watching tv and chatting on days when I am home early.

On the weekends, I love to get out of the house. I really like being outside and enjoy running, going on walks, and going to the beach. I only moved to Sydney a few years ago, so there are still plenty of places I want to explore on the weekends.

I'm social, and enjoy spending time with my friends. I would love to be able to hang out with my housemate on the weekend, but also very much value my own down time to recharge.

I'm very easy going, friendly and tidy. I have been living in share houses for the last five years, so I am very used to living with others and respecting their space.

Rent for the room is $375/week (not including bills).
