Hi, we are looking for an easy going person to share our place. The place is huge with big balcony and separate study. Your room has a new bed, wardrobe, sony tv and netflix. We are right near lane cove village, so you can walk to coles, woolworths, cafe’s and restaurants. It’s also only 10 min bus to city, chatswood or north sydney.
My spacious split level apartment is right by Coles and Neutral Bay hub, with plenty of shops & cafes, is a short 2 minutes walk away. The oaks is a 3 min stroll from mine. The bus stop for northern beaches is right out front but is pleasantly quiet due to the surrounding leafy trees and being set back from the main road. Across the road is bus stops for the city which only takes 10 across the bridge. North Sydney is a short 15 mins walk over the foot bridge crossing the freeway. You would be sharing this three bedroom unit with myself, Kim. I work full time in Neutral Bay as an Environmental Consultant. I’m fairly active, I usually go to the gym in the morning before work and go to yoga most evenings. On the weekends I’m generally out and about, socialising with friends or camping. The unit was repainted and re-carpeted two years ago and it features two bathrooms (I have an en-suite) and an additional downstairs toilet. The apartment is completely furnished except for the bedroom I’m looking to fill. You would have a large double room complete with built ins.
