This is a lovely house and I don't want to leave but will be counting on all the rent going into savings as I will move in with my girlfriend and her parents. A great bunch of people in a really nice clean spacious house in a good spot. The room has huge storage space - I have all my climbing and camping gear as well as my clothes and my girlfriends clothes in the wardrobes alongside a few crates of homebrew and there is still a lot of empty space. The house is double brick with a nice big tree in front of the window so it's nice and cool even when the sun is beating down on the front of the house. There is sometimes traffic on the road out front during the night, although I sleep through it all with the window wide open. There is a double window system which blocks out the noise nicely which you can use if you are a light sleeper. The room is not massive but plenty spacious and the rest of the house has plenty of room. Large kitchen and living room, and a nice bathroom with bath and shower with good water pressure. Bathroom shared five days on five days off with Scott from Shellharbour who works shift so is only here in Sydney half of the time. Any more questions just drop me a line!
