We are a couple in early thirties who like to cook, watch TV, and go out sometimes. There is a large TV with Netflix in the living room. There is also a gym, a pool with a hot tub and a sauna in the building. We're looking for an easy going person/couple for around a month. We love our place and want someone who would care for it as their own. It's not a party house, although we like to have friends over for lunch/dinner/wine at times. You can play the host too if and when you want. The rent is $300 per week for an individual or $400 for a couple all inclusive (Rent/Electricity/Gas/Netflix/Amazon prime)/Internet - NBN).
