(It was the garage originally - pictured). The unit adjoins only 1 other unit and the tenant is quiet and non intrusive. We have tiled flooring throughout and mats. Aircon in loungeroom can blow into your room and bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Bonus is that we have a small shopping complex at the end of the street with laundrette, barber, bakers, butcher, grocer/liquor store, and a café in the servo across the road - very popular.
Unit has a sensor light on front porch (can be turned off). All home amenities are shared and a cloths line not a dryer. Flexible with end lease date withour penalty if leaving earlier than planned.
