We have 1 main bedroom + sun room available.
It’s a beautiful Queenslander, close to the beach, fully furnished and air conditioned, with fly screens throughout.
We live on the top level of the house, and a lovely young Italian couple live in a self-contained flat downstairs. We have a shared veggie garden out the back and are currently growing herbs, tomatoes, carrots, celery and greens.
*Current furnishings in the house are slightly different to the realestate's photos*

We are Susannah (29) and Aleeya (19), two females who work in the creative and performing arts industry. We are clean, tidy, kind, respectful, considerate, self-aware, and independent. We are both creatives, so there are records, books, plants, art and musical instruments around.
We are equal parts introverted and sociable. We like our space to feel calm, relaxing, warm and welcoming. A place that feels like home - a peaceful sanctuary, a place where friends are welcome over for tea or dinner, and a friendly environment where everyone gets along all well.
