About the property

Room for Rent - $350 p/w single, $450 pw couple

We have a room available to rent. The bedroom is very spacious, able to fit a king-sized bed and study desk easily. There is a built-in wardrobe that will be empty on arrival. The room comes unfurnished (furniture in photos will be/has been removed by previous tenant and room has been thoroughly cleaned).

Our home is in the beautiful Calderwood Valley and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a theatre room, large open-plan kitchen/dining, butler’s pantry, and laundry. The house is freshly painted. The house was built in 2020 and has modern smart features including bluetooth light switches and motorised blinds.

We have a sizeable tiled outdoor entertaining area, 2x clothes lines (one under cover) and a hammock for unwinding after a busy day. There are beautiful views of the escarpment, and the area is surrounded by farmland with easy access to Albion Park, 20 minutes’ drive to Wollongong and only 10 minutes to Shellharbour.

There are two housemates currently, Dan and Mars.
