Our home is a large, 2 story house with a great backyard. Walking distance to the University of Wollongong and Botanic Gardens and a short drive to the beach and CBD (Wollongong). Quiet area. Good on-street parking and close to public transport, including Wollongong's free bus.
Household bills are included in rent (electricity, water usage, internet, Netflix). The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, clothes rack and drawers, study desk and chair.
There are several spacious, shared living areas, including outdoor areas and a leafy, relaxing backyard. Shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
The house and bedroom are already fully furnished, so would not suit someone who has their own furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Linen and bedding is available to use.

About the flatmates
We are looking for a housemate for our home which is near the University of Wollongong, Botanic Gardens and close to public transport. There are 4 of us here already. Home is quiet and chilled with busy shift workers and students currently. Not a party house but we do like to socialize with each other at times too.
We are looking for a clean and tidy person, someone who is easy-going and respectful of others......No illicit drugs or heavy drinkers please.
