Parking is available on the street, or the carport can be used for an additional cost if preferred.
The bathroom is spacious with a separate toilet, and the laundry (washer and dryer) is located within the bathroom.
Bills are not included and will be split 50/50. I’m ideally looking for someone to move in for 6 months, with the option to extend if it’s a good fit.
