About the flatmates
We are looking to find a flatmate for our apartment on Yamba Hill with three bedrooms, (two with queen beds and the third ( is two singles beds as a guest room) There is no off street parking yet plenty of parking on street.
We are a mature couple who love the outdoors and treat home like our sanctuary. One of us is travelling so you will be sharing with one other only. You will also have the space to yourself for six weeks of the time here as we will both be away.
We are looking for a single mature person preferably who works full-time away from home to share our three bedroom two bathroom home with views over the Clarence river.
The house is fully furnished and you will have a queen bed room and enjoy use of the master bathroom to yourself unless we have guests.
The space is available from June 1 for 3 months.
Rent is $ 350 a week you will just need your personals and linen as all furniture is offered as part of the rental.
