We live in chermside, just across the road from the prince Charles hospital and a 10min slow walk to chermside shopping centre. Loads of public transport within a 5 min walk away. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the property is fully furnished, however we’re open to you bringing in your own furnishings and decorations. Lovely big balcony that is perfect to hang out on during the summer evenings. There is currently two of us living here, but one of the current flatmates lives between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, so the bathroom is your own on weekdays and shared on weekends. Our current lease ends in February, but we’re open to extension if things work out.
