About the flatmates
Hi, I am renting out my spare clean, comfortable, spacious bedrooms in Aspley. It is not a party house; no drugs, no smoking, no vaping and no irresponsible drinking alcohol inside the house. I am working full time. When I am not working I like to clean around the house and relax at home. The area is quiet, well established, good neighborhood (no government housing commission houses for unemployed ) with growing family and safe surrounding. The location is convenient and short distance to bus, public transport, shopping and medical center.
The current flatmates who are staying are currently men, ( open to men and woman ) mature, professional working full time and ranging n their 20s to 50s. They are all nice, respectful of others, private and keep to their own. They are quiet, and never make any drama, and do not discriminate in anyway.
