The house is close to a bus stop and to Warrawong Mall and Lake Heights Shopping centre. It is fully furnished, just the bedroom is empty. No bond is required but the first weeks rent must be paid before moving in. We are very friendly and easygoing but rent being on time is a must, and being tidy.
