The house is three minutes walk to Marrickville Station or ten minutes walk to Sydenham station. it is a short train trip to the CBD, Kings Cross, Bondi Junction, Maroubra - basically you can get anywhere you need to in relatively short order. Buses also operate Illawarra Rd and Marrickville Rd for easy access to the city
