A shower and bath in the main bathroom are a part of the main house, and so are part of a shared space. The L-shaped room is fully and tastefully furnished with a new desk, office chair, fridge, convection microwave, fan, kettle, bed and bedding. Linen and towels are provided, and bedding and towels are all pure cotton or pure wool. The room is also freshly painted, with newly polished floorboards. The house is quiet, peaceful and well kept. The area is great - very convenient and quiet. The house itself is 6 minutes walk away from Dulwich Hill train station and light rail stop, and 5-10 minutes walk from a number of different bus services, so there are multiple options for public transport that are super-close. Cafes, restaurants, shops and a local IGA supermarket are all within 10 minutes walk. Sorry, folks - no free wi-fi until broadband gets rolled out in the area early next year!
